Eagles Rest is located in Cherry Valley, just outside of Stroudsburg, PA. The winery, vineyards and fields are surrounded by the ridge lines of Kittatinny Ridge and the Cherry Valley National Wildlife Refuge. Cherry Creek runs through the entire length of the farm.

Alden and Anne Fetherman were key to the preservation and conservation efforts of our farm and Cherry Valley. Organization and individuals dedicated to the preservation and conservation of the watershed, wildlife and agriculture in Cherry Valley are key to our ability to share the Eagle Rest experience with you. That is why we also focus on giving back to The Friends of Cherry Valley, Brodhead Watershed Association, and the Cherry Valley Wildlife Refuge.

DONATION REQUESTS
Eagles Rest Cellars is continually striving to support a variety of non-profit organizations in Monroe County.
Due to the frequency and increasing amount of donation requests received by Eagles Rest Cellars, we do require a 30 days notice, prior to the event being considered.
We make every effort to support all charitable events in the community that ask for support, but we are unable to fulfill each request. Past support of an event or organization does not guarantee future support.
If Eagles Rest is able to support your cause, you will be notified via email or phone call. All donations are to be picked up at the winery, for no donations are mailed or delivered.
